The personal help button is a great way to stay safe & independent in your home
The button can be worn either around the neck or on the wrist depending on one’s preference. Once the button is pressed,
a call is initiated directly to our 24 hour monitoring centre.
- Our trained operators will speak with you through the two-way speaker, even with no voice contact, help will be dispatched as quickly as possible.
- The button is water resistant, providing a sense of safety anywhere in the home including the shower or bath.

- Using advanced sensors, the pendant can automatically detect when a fall has occurred with the option to manually press the button to initiate immediate contact with our 24 hour monitoring centre.
- Once a fall or press of the button has been activated, our trained operators will speak with you through the two-way speaker. Even with no voice contact, help will be dispatched as quickly as possible.
- The automatic fall detector button is water resistant, providing safety and security anywhere in the home including the shower and bath.

- If you remain active outside the home and want to ensure your safety and security, whether it be on a hike, grocery shopping, or walking the dog— this is the best option for you.
- With the choice to either wear the device as a pendent, or clipped onto your waist band, the GPS Safe water resistant device can be taken anywhere - keeping you connected at home and on the go.
- If a fall or emergency occurs, there is a two-way speaker built directly into the device, allowing you to chat with the operator and provide details of your emergency.
- Offering the ultimate peace of mind, that the GPS Safe includes location-based services to pinpoint the user’s location to get them the help they need as quickly as possible.
Please note: Although the fall detection system performs well, as with any type of technology, there is always a small percentage of error margin and therefore, not all falls may be detected. In an emergency, we recommend you should always press your call button manually to ensure a call is activated.
